We generally have at least a 1 year term.  Some positions can even be split between multiple people.  You don't have to be a coach to be on the board or a fill a club coordinator role.  Stop by our next board meeting if you are interested.

2021 Season Elections will be held at September board meeting.  Please email info@jrchargersbaseball.com if you are interested in volunteering for the club.

Interested in getting involved as a coach? Have prior baseball experience, either playing or as a coach?  While many of the head coaching positions are filled at the older age levels we are always looking for incoming U7/U8 coaches and assistants at many levels.  If you are interested, you can fill out the coach application and submit it to CoachingCoordinator@jrchargersbaseball.com.

We have several recurring annual events.  These age groups are expected to run these events each year:

• U7 - Lions Daze Parade Event
• U9 - Beer and Wine tasting event for BUILDING for the Future initiative
• U11 - Summer Classic Tournament
• U12 - Summer C-Series Tournament
