New Families
 

A “New Parent and Player Meeting” will begin at 6 p.m. in the Little Theater.  Please bypass the cafeteria and go directly to the Little Theater for the meeting.

In the meeting, we will cover expectations for Players, Parents and Coaches, what to expect in the upcoming year as well as key dates and activities. 

At approximately 7 p.m., the meeting will conclude and the new families will move to the cafeteria.   Please bring TWO CHECKS, one is for your final dues for the season and the other is for the $100 tournament volunteer deposit**.  In the cafeteria, you’ll have the opportunity to meet with your coach(es), complete your registration form(s), try on uniform samples, pay dues, and view and try on spirit wear samples.

Returning Families
 

Between 6 and 8 p.m., enter at the cafeteria.  There will be a table for each age group with at least one coach from each team to assist families though the registration process.  Please bring TWO CHECKS, one is for your final dues for the season and the other is for the $100 tournament volunteer deposit**.  You’ll have the opportunity to meet with your coach(es) in the cafeteria, complete your registration form(s), try on uniform samples, pay dues, and view and try on spirit wear samples.

Please review the following guidelines for the 2019 tournament volunteer deposit:

• $100 deposit is due once per family
• Required for U8-U14 families only.  Not required for U7.
• Checks should be post-dated to July 19, 2019
